About the Event:
Treat yourself to this exclusive half-day workshop featuring presentations and practical sessions designed to help you harness the full potential of your mind & body.
Our local Master Trainer Bec, of Perfect Fit Training Solutions©, will show you how to unlock unlimited movement potential! Experience practical sessions introducing you to Animal Flow™ form specific stretches that you can implement in your own workouts or recovery sessions. You’ll learn fun & and effective movements and drills that are designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
Our local Mindset Coach & Hypnotherapist Jey, of Mind Body Vibe©, will take you through a guided deep relaxation meditation. You will also be treated to practical exercises for enhanced stress management and mental clarity that you can add to your wellness toolkit moving forward.
You will enjoy delicious and healthy foods prepared locally by Blend Cafe’s superfood chef Cindy Watt. We’ll also provide light refreshments during breaks to ensure you truly fill your cup on this one-day event.
The guests will also take home a self-care gift bag.
