Oh hey there Fitster,

I’m Bec, personal trainer, wife, mother-of-1 and, nowadays, old enough to qualify as a masters athlete. Yikes! That definitely makes me sound older than I feel. However, both becoming a mum and growing a little older have provided me with greater wisdom, experience and appreciation for my body, my training, my recovery and my time.

I’ve been athletic for as long as I can remember. Exercise has always been my happy place. Into my adult life, it was my guiding light, it gave me confidence and was a part of life I just couldn’t do without. My goal for this program is to help others find confidence through fitness.

I would be thrilled if you decided to join me on this 8-week journey and I couldn’t be more ready to help you on your way. My program has been lovingly constructed with much attention to detail and holds everything you need to know about training at home with limited equipment. I get it, it can be a challenge not to do the same exercises over and over. This will not only get boring very quickly, it will also put you at risk of muscular imbalances associated with over-working certain parts of your body. 

My program ensures you work your body in a balanced fashion and takes the thinking out of things for you. Let’s face it, we already have enough on our plates without having to conjure up inspiring and fun workouts for ourselves. I’ll do it for you!

The Perfect Fit Approach is a home-based training program for anyone looking to apply more direction to their current exercise activities. It is designed to help you lose body fat, increase muscle mass, improve metabolic function and most importantly, boost self-confidence.

You don’t need an elaborate fitness facility or loads of fancy equipment to achieve results or an awesome workout. Although these things can be nice and provide good variety, some of the hardest workouts I’ve done have featured very little equipment. You just have to know how to use your body and how to get the most out of your environment or the few bits and pieces of equipment you may have.

All workouts in my program are tried and tested, have been put together with loads of love and attention to detail to ensure all muscle groups are worked equally.

My program also takes the thinking out of training for you, offering a great variety of movements wrapped up in fun and effective workouts. With a big pinch of your own enthusiasm and commitment, this program is a no-nonsense recipe to building all-round fitness, looking great and feeling even better.

It’s suitable for beginners and does include an extensive library showing how all exercises should be performed. All workouts include detailed notes on how they unfold as well as options for scaling the intensity or level up or down.

I also guarantee these workouts will satisfy and challenge the most avid and dedicated trainers as they are often go-to workouts for myself and my clients in Tannum Sands.

What you get:

Eight weeks of training consisting of five different workouts per week. Programing takes into account principles of progressive overload to ensure you build fitness and continue to challenge yourself as weeks go by.
Goal setting and help with how to set some meaningful and achievable goals.
Fitness testing at week’s one, four and eight to measure results and motivate you to achieve more. All workouts provide space for you to record notes, times and results. “When performance is measured, performance improves. When performance is measured and reported, the rate of improvement accelerates.” Thomas Monson. Being accountable to this record, will also keep you accountable to yourself.

What will you need to complete this program?

Most people these days have a few bits and pieces of training equipment lying around their house. And if not, it’s not too difficult to get your hands on a few key pieces. To assist with variety and overall balance, I’ve included the use of the following pieces of equipment in my program:
A kettlebell of 8-16kg
A set of DBs of 5-12kg
A skipping rope
NOTE: You can still do the program if you don’t have these items. Substitutes can be made where possible but if you’re looking to increase your arsenal of training equipment, the above items are versatile, portable and effective pieces to have.

What equipment do I need to complete this program?

  • Skipping rope

How do I get access to my Perfect Fit Home Program?

Once you have purchased the program you will receive an email with a downloadable link asking you to create access to the Perfect Fit home program members area. In this secure area, you will find access to the ebook, home program and exercise videos.

Can I do this program while I’m pregnant?

We recommend to consult with your health care professional regarding safe training and nutrition while pregnant as we do not know your specific circumstances and health background.

How can I get in contact with customer service?

I’m a male, can I do this program?

While this program focusses on creating lean muscle tone and fat loss, this program is not gender specific, so we can all train together!

How much is the Perfect Fit Home Program?

It is a one off payment of $76.00 AUD.

What method of payment do you use and is it safe?

We use Paypal. Paypal is trusted by over 6 million people because of its online security.

Is this program available in my country?

The Perfect Fit Approach is available WORLDWIDE, you will be able to download the program straight to your smart phone, ipad, laptop or desktop.

Does the Perfect Fit Home Program include a meal plan?

This program focusses more on training and creating active daily habits that are here to stay in the long run. While the free Ebook does include some nutritional support and recommended guidelines, there is no meal plan included.

What if I cannot perform one or some of the movements?

We recommend you do what you can, even if it is half the range of movement. If you are unsure how to scale the movement back, seek advice from a fitness professional for a modified version of the movement.

What if I can’t access or download my program?

Please do not comment on any of Perfect Fit’s social platforms about accessing the program or downloading problems that can occur. Please email perfect.fit@bigpond.com for this issue to be resolved.

When can I see results?

Results can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks to notice physical changes but for some can take up to 8 weeks. It is recommended you take photos of yourself at the same time of day, at the start, in the middle and at the end of the 8 weeks, so you can track your progress.

Is there a hard copy of the program?

If you’re old-school like me and love to print of and have hard copies in you hot little hands never fear. This program was designed so that it is printer friendly.

I’m really unfit, can I still partake in this program?

You do NOT need to be fit to start this program, that’s exactly what this program is for, to get you there! The Perfect Fit Approach was designed for all fitness levels.
