Small group personal training

A beautifully balanced whole-body workout featuring strength, skill and fitness elements. If you’ve only got time for one or two workouts a week, this is for you. Each and every workout is custom created and will include mobility and core work, strength sets and fitness finishers. Numbers are capped at 6 people to prioritise your progress. Be prepared to sweat, smile and feel it for the next few days. If you want to get strong and in shape but busy gyms aren’t for you, this class is! All ages and abilities welcome.

Animal Flow

You will learn and practice Animal Flow  moves with the help of detailed explanation and demonstration from your coach. Movements will then be pieced together to create a flow which is then practiced for the duration of the class. Flowing is a new and exciting way of achieving a workout. Animal Flow is a dynamic and energising practice which uses and sculpts every muscle in the body while increasing mobility, strength and coordination. This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate flowists alike.
