Animal Flow
You will learn and practice Animal Flow moves with the help of detailed explanation and demonstration from your coach. Movements will then be pieced together to create a flow which is then practiced for the duration of the class. Flowing is a new and exciting way of achieving a workout. Animal Flow is a dynamic and energising practice which uses and sculpts every muscle in the body while increasing mobility, strength and coordination. This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate flowists alike.

There are many ways to practice Animal Flow but the most popular by far is to simply FLOW! In these classes we will create a flow by piecing movements together and practicing the flow as a group. The concept of flowing for fitness is quite new and it’s an intriguing movement style that simply has to be experienced. Animal Flow classes may also include the practice of drills and skills such as hand balancing as well as interval or circuit style workouts. This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate flowists alike.

Animal Flow
Animal Flow is an innovative bodyweight fitness program combining quadrupedal and ground-based movement. It’s inspired by training disciplines such as gymnastics, parkour, martial arts and break-dancing and emphasises multiplanar, fluid movement. It’s a lot of fun, very creative and has endless applications. In these classes you will learn Animal Flow moves which are pieced together to create a flow.
